Convention admission is $7/daily. You do not need to purchase your tickets in advance to attend any of our conventions, but you can if you prefer. By purchasing tickets in advance, you will be eligible for additional door prizes and early admission. Demonstrations and Make-N-Take Tables - Many of the Exhibitors will have hands-on Make-n-Take projects at the booth. Sit down and try new techniques and products before you buy!!

*Joy Nelson, published designer & artisan and owner of Joy of Stamping will be demonstrating at the Stampin' Up booth during the weekend.
ScrapBook Alley - Are you a closet scrapbooker? Or just a scrapbooker feeling a little left out...well there's something here for you, too. Exhibitors throughout the facility will offer a variety of papers, stickers, accessories techniques and more. As an added bonus many of the demos and make-n-take projects can be incorporated into scrapbook pages.
Annual Official Artist Trading Card Exchange Bring approximately 30 artist trading cards to the National Western Complex at 9:15am on Saturday morning for the annual official artist trading card exchange. The exchange officially starts at 9:20am. How many trading cards can you exchange by 9:30? All stampers and scrappers who participate in the exchanges will get in to the showroom floor at approx. 9:30a. Prizes will be awarded for (1) most pins collected; (2) most humorous; (3) most glamorous and more.
ATC Card Swap - Trading cards are the size of a business card (approx. 2"x3-1/2") and no larger than a baseball card (approx. 2-1/2"x 3-1/2"),
The front of the card is stamped, personalized, embellished, & decorated just as you would a pin. On the back side you list your name, address and e-mail location.
Bring your trading card to the convention ticket entrance to be displayed on the hall of fame trading card board and be eligible for prizes.
Your Admission Ticket Could be A Winner! - Check the Lucky Duck Pond prize board regularly to see if your ticket stub has been drawn. If you have the matching ticket, you get a chance to dig in the Prize Treasure Box. New tickets are drawn all day approximately every half hour. You must be present to win.
Raffle - A $1.00 ticket purchase buys a chance to win one of the two "Basket-'O-Grande" filled with an assortment of stamping stuff, stickers, punches, accessories, paper, and more. Each Basket is valued at over $350.00. One basket will be raffled at Noon and one after 4:00pm. Participants must be present to win. Proceeds will benefit Susan Komen Breast Cancer programs in Colorado.
Pick-a-Posey Prize Patch - This year's "game of chance" is our Pick-a-Posey Prize Patch. Everyone is a winner! $1 allows you to pick a pen out of the posey garden....if the pen has a pink tip, you get a trip to the treasure prize box. If the pen has a white tip, then the pen is yours to keep as a souvenior.
Artisan Walk-of-Fame - Ever wonder what happened to the cards that were submitted for StampMania card contests? Well, now you will see. We have collected 11-years of cards from all over the U.S. and displayed them for your appreciation. Photos and sketches may be taken for your stamping and scrapbooking pleasure.
Silent Auction - Bid on your favorite basket or bin filled with various stamps, scrapbook products and art supplies. Kits, accessories and one-of-a-kind treasures for pennies under retail. Auction results will be announced at 2pm. Proceeds to beneift Susan B. Komen programs.
**NEW** 1-Hour Make-n-Take Sessions -. New for 2008!!! More then just walking away with a card... Learn new techniques, try new products, experiment with products you may not have had access to in the past for a minimal fee. Each student will receive a "kit" with the session which will include a variety of products used in the workshop. Pre-registration by US Mail requested by April 25 - or order by phone, email, or walk-in registration. You may register for classes on-line at www.stampingtoseeyou.com. Space is limited, so sign up early. Sessions with less then 3 persons may be cancelled.

Interactive Convention- This show aims to give stampers and scrap bookers an oportunity to hobnob with exhibitors and experience hands-on products and techniques. We hope that you will like the uniqueness of this event and find this interaction rewarding.
StampMania Make-n-Take Party.w We will not be hosting a Friday night Make-n-Take Party this year; however, we will be opened to the public from 6p-10p for the price of $7.00 admission.
Annual Friday Nite Flea Market and Stamp Swap. At 9:30pm the exhibitors leave and stampers are invited to participate in the Stamp & Scrap Flea Market. Bring your old stamps, ink pads, books, paper, catalogs, magazines and accessories to swap, trade and sell.
Hands-On Classes & Workshops
* Workshops & Classes will be offered on both Friday & Saturday
*2-hour Workshops will be offered @ $25/student. These 2-hour workshops are designed for intermediate and advanced crafters. Approx. $10 in product will be used as part of the class.
*Pre-registration by mail must be received by May 1. Registration AFTER this date can also be made via telephone, email or at the door the day of the class.
*Classes have limited space and registration is taken on a first-come/first-serve basis. Classes with less than 3 students registered may be cancelled based on the discretion of the instructor.
*Class samples will be displayed at the registration table upon availability
What should I bring?
Students should bring their basic supplies kit, which includes (but not limited to) a straight edge scissors, pencil, metal ruler, xacto knife, cutting matte, personal paper cutter, favorite adhesive, double sided tape, and/or gluestick, black inkpad (non smear). If a heat gun or other supplies are required, it will be noted on the class description.

Come spend the evening making a variety of cards using Hero Arts stamps and a multitude of techniques, ideas and fun. What's new, what's hot, what have you read about but not had a chance to see if it is for you...well, here is your chance to try it out! Students will receive a potpouri of products, samples and card ideas with this workshop.
1-HOUR MAKE-N-TAKE SESSIONS **NEW**
These sessions have limited space and students should register in advance to ensure everyone gets a complete kit. These sessions are intended to give you additional ideas, new techniques, work out all those questions and fears, and get those winter juices flowing! All sessions have an $8.00 fee; however, this fee is to cover the cost of the kit each student will receive at the class.
Saturday:
10am: Embroidery Medallions, by Bonnie Warner, Stamping to See You
Round is the new shape for this seasons stamping and scrapbook projects. So we are going to create some fabulous medallions using the Hero Arts circular stamp messages, Marvy nesting punches, embroidery thread, fibers, crochet yarns and more.
11am: Dimensional Paste, by Bonnie Warner, Stamping to See You
Heritage Handcraft has introduced 42 colors of dimensional paste. This product is great with stencils, glitter, stamping and scrapbooking. Heat it for an artsy textured look. Use some pearl-ex and rub-n-buff to really make it "pop".
Noon: Travel "File Folder" Journal/Scrapbook, by Stacy Carter, Die-Art*
We will be making a fun Travel "File Folder" Journal/Scrapbook. This kit was featured in the Nov/Dec issue of RubberStampMadness's Gift Giving Guide. The finished size is 4-/14"x 6-1/4" (not including counting tabs) and comes with file folders, eight (8) blank pages, extra tabs and travel stickers. All you will have to do is fill the pages or give it as a gift! Limit 15 persons per class.
Noon: Scratchboard, by Bonnie Warner, Stamping to See You
Love to Landscape or have an Oriental flare. Scratchboard literally adds dimension to your art. Back to the basics with dye-based ink and Marvy markers and then the work begins. Fail-proof fun that will bring out your compulsive nature!
Noon: Card kit for All Seasons, by Stampin' Up!
A card holder with five (5) 3x3 note cards with envelops. Cards will be ready to use throughout the year - this project will make a very cute gift for a teacher or friend. Class includes all supplies to make 5 cards, card holder and decorated envelopes. Please bring adhesive and scissors."

1pm: UTEE - Opal Pearls & Pour & Mold, by Bonnie Warner, Stamping to See You
Ok...you hve the Ultra Thick but you never use it. Well, after this session you will know you need all 30 colors of the Opal Pearls from Austrialia. We will pour it in molds, make custom molds, dip, swish , use beach glass, and create a bucket of embellishments.
2pm: Ceramic Tiles, Radiant Rain & Angel Myst, by Bonnie Warner, Stamping to See You
24 colors of Radiant Rain and 80 colors of Angel Myst...what more can be said?!! We will create a variety of backgrounds using techniques, spritzing, brayering, blending, adding alcohol and more...what fun!
3pm: Switch Plates, by Bonnie Warner, Stamping to See You
Now that you have the hang of the melting pot and ultra thick techniques, we are going to take this to the next level by creating custom switch plates for your home and office. Add glitter, sprinkles, stamps, pressed flowers and more to make it unique or a special gift.
4pm: Envirotech & Making Cabinet Knobs, by Bonnie Warner, Stamping to See You
Lots of fun things you can do with Envirotech...but I have the molds to make custom cabinet door knobs. Pour the mold then add charms, embellishments, glitter, sprinkles and more to customize a room or a special gift for someone you love!

The National Western Complex is located at 4655 Humboldt Street, Denver, Colorado 80216. Telephone: 303/297-1166. Just North of I-70, just East of I-25 and can be seen from the Interstate. I-70 is currently under construction near the Complex.
From the North (Fort Collins, Boulder, Brighton, Fort Morgan)
I-25 south to I-70, East on I-70 to Exit 275B(Brighton Blvd / Coliseum Exit). Turn left or North on Brighton Blvd. Make the first left on the service road to the National Western Complex or go one block north to 47th Avenue (7-11 on corner) and turn left (west). Either way you will end up directly in front of the Comlex
From the West (Grand Junction, Vail, Golden).
I-70 East to Exit 275B (Brighton Blvd. / Coliseum Exit), Follow directions above.
From the South (Downtown, Colorado Springs).
I-25 north to I-70, East on I-70 to Exit 275B (Brighton Blvd. / Coliseum Exit). Follow directions above.
From the East (Denver International Airport, Kansas).
I-70 West to Exit 275-B (Brighton Boulevard/Coliseum Exit), continue straight off of exit ramp or turn right from off ramp and make an immediate left on 47th Avenue (there is a 7-11 on the corner). Either way you will end up directly in front of the National Western Complex. The Complex is the large brown building on the west side of Humboldt Street with the brass animals on the building. The loading entrances are at Gate 1 on the north side of the building.
Stampers and Scrap Bookers....
If this is your first convention, you are in for an overwhelming experience. If you have participated in the Rocky Mountain Rubber Hi in past years, I hope you are pleased with the efforts to continue to make this show a fun and educational weekend.
