Join Stamping to See You and a variety of other artisans for the 1st Annual Highlands Ranch Spring Stamp & Scrap Weekend Get-a-Way to be held on Sept. 30-October 2, 2005, at the AmeriSuites Hotel @ Park Meadows Mall. (I-C70 & Yosemite)
The concept of the weekend is to combine learning, fun, socialization and open space for stampers and scrapbookers who want a weekend away to work on projects, to learn new techniques, and meet other artists with creative minds!

FAQ's.
1. Do I have to register for the whole day? No. You can register for one class, the crop, or the Q/A session individually.
2. Do I have to stay at the hotel? No. The hotel fees are split out separately specifically for people who do not wish to stay at the hotel.
3. Can I mix and match classes on Friday and Saturday? Yes, if you would like to do the $100 package, you can split up your classes and mix for both Friday and Saturday classes.
4. What do I need to bring? You should bring your basic supplies, including your heat gun, black embossing powder, embossing pad, scissors, exacto knife, cutting matte, personal paper cutter, etc.
5. Who can shop? The retail space is opened to the public on Friday from 10am-5p, Saturday from 10am-5p, and Sunday from 9am-11am.
6. What is the fee to come shop at the retreat? There is not a fee to come shopping - admission and parking are free to the public.
7. Are children allowed? Children are allowed in the retail shopping area; however, it is the parent's responsibility to keep them under control. Children are allowed to participate in classes for the same fee as adults. Keep in mind that these classes are all designed for mature participation.
8. What is the registration deadline? Registration is usually cut off 1 week prior to the event; however, walk-ins are invited based upon availability.
9. How big are the classes? Most rooms are set for no more then 18 persons. The idea behind these retreats is to offer lots of attention and one-on-one assistance. Big classes take the fun out of it.
10. How can we register? You can fill out and mail in the form below or call in your registration. Do not list your credit card and email this via this format. This is not a secured line.
Program Registration & Fees.
This program has been developed to be flexible and cost effective with a variety of price structures. Because some people may not require a hotel room, hotel fees have been separated out.
Weekend Package. Up to three (3) classes on Friday, dinner Friday evening, Friday night Q&A workshop open-space, breakfast on Saturday morning, up to three (3) classes on Saturday, dinner Saturday evening, Q&A open space workshop on Saturday night, breakfast Sunday Morning.
Weekend Cost $200/per.
One Day Package. One day pass for either Friday or Saturday, up to three (3) classes for that day, dinner that evening, Q&A workshop open-space that night, and breakfast.
One Day Package Fee $100/per.
Cropping Corral. Want to just get-a-way for a day or the weekend to catch up on your cropping? Well this is for you. Crop from 9a-6p, dinner at 6p and return from 8p-midnite and just crop in our spacious crop corral. Use are stamps, scizzix, quick cut, crimpers and more to make your pages special. Stay the night and enjoy breakfast the next morning. (Overnite room not included)
Just Croppin’ $50/person per day
Just the Classes. Just want to take a specific class or two during the day? We have classes available for $25.00/person per class.
Creativity Lab & Workshop. Created for the night owl that can’t get away during the day. Come up for just the company and open-space to work on projects, complete projects created in class, or just use the stamps, tools and products available. Can’t figure out how to make it work or don’t know what to do with it...we will give you ideas and techniques. Just bring paper & ideas. Open Space $25.00/person per day
Come Shop with Us....Retail Shopping Opened to the Public. This event offers retail shopping representing more than 150 rubber stamp, scrapbook, stencil and paper companies from all over the US. The floor is opened to the public free of charge on Friday from 10a-5p, Saturday from 10a-5p and Sunday from 9a-Noon.
Hotel Registration.
Our host hotel is the AmeriSuites Hotel located at 9030 E. Westview Rd. Lonetree, CO (corner of Yosemite & Westland). They have blocked suites at a special rate of $69+ tax per night. Cropping Corral.
This space is set aside for participants to socialize in an open format with others, work on scrapbook pages. Quiet, space with stamps, art suppplies, paper cutters, die-cut machines, scizzix machines, quick cut alphabets, crimpers and more.

Classes.
As part of the weekend package, each person may register for up to three (3) classes of your choice for each day of participation. The additional class may be taken for an additional $25 fee. Work-shops include a min. of $10 in product, supplies, and instructions to create projects.
Supplies.
Students are asked to bring basic supplies which may include: a heat gun, black embossing powder & pad, scissors, pencil, x-acto knife, ruler, watercolor pens (Marvy, Tombo), bone folder, 2-face tape, adhesive (glue stick), cutting matte, 1/4" hand punch, stamp cleaner, personal stamps (opt.)

Recycle Christmas Cards Fri. 9a-11a
Take those commercial cards you get each year and recycle them by adding that hand made touch. Add layers, glitter, eyelets, brads, charms, and more to customize your cards with personal pizzazz.
Holly Berry Medallions Fri. Noon-2p
What can be more elegant than a Holly Berry Christmas Medallion. Lean how fun and easy it is to make 3-D medallions to use in cards and as ornaments. Choose from more than 50 medallions.
Ten Little Cards Fri. 3p-5p
This class combines a variety of techniques from manufacturers including designs from Paper Inspirations, Rubber Cafe, Creative Impressions, and Coronada Island. These cards are fast, easy and fun. Take brayering to a new level, use shrink art, vellum, glossy and mirror stocks, eyelets, brads, fibers and ore to create a handful of cards you are going to wonder why you didn’t think of them.
The Art of Glitter Sat. 9a-11a
With more than 200 colors of gourmet glitter, an adhesive that sticks to everything but tupperware and a variety of techniques that will make you a glitter queen in no time at all. Learn to rainbow, euro-glitter, contaminate and more for the glitter queen in us all!
Hero Arts Christmas.#1 Sat. Noon-2p
Hero Arts is one of the leading rubber stamp manufactures in the country. The Christmas Ornaments workshop is the most popular of the workshops creating elegant and unique cards. In addition to the cards made in class, students will receive instructions to make four (4) variation cards and the set of stamps used in class!
Christmas Gift Blitz Sat. 3p-5p
This is a perfect finish to a great weekend of learning fun. We will create several projects perfect for gift giving. Gifts will include a glass candle globe, a wine bottle gift bag, glass ornaments and a stationary portfolio with matching gift pen. These gifts are sophisticated and fun for all!
