* Welcome Brooke Fuller with Scrap Happy Shop all the way from Sandy, Utah. Brooke carries the largest selection of Cricut, Cuttlebug and Coluzzle products on the circuit. Want to know how to use your tools...see Brooke and if you own a Cricut - don't miss her class - all your questions will be answered and you will leave an expert on the Cricut and Cuttlebug machines. Demos and make-n-takes will also be held in the Scrap Happy Shop booth all weekend.

* The Scrapbook Summit is one of the newest Retreat Get-a-Way homes opening up to stampers, scrappers and quilters. Stop in and see Dixie and visit with her on availability at her Evergreen Get-a-Way home! Dixie also donated a weekend get-a-way to be raffled off at the Crop for the Cure on Saturday afternoon.

* Back by popular demand Joy Nelson, Jo Golden and the fabulous artists from Stampin Up are here to demo the weekend away. Additionally Jo Golden will be offering a mini-card class at noon on Saturday. This class was voted the "best of show" class for 2008! Don't miss it!

* Bonnie Warner with Stamping to See You welcomes you all to the Colorado Stamp, Scrap & PaperCraft Fest. In addition to teaching classes and workshops all weekend, Bonnie offers products from more then 150 products in her booth and at her studio located in Littleton, Colorado. Offering classes 7 days a week, come down and learn from one of the country's most recognized Certified Professional Demonstrators!

*Margaret Gammon, owner of Traditions Mountain Lodge will be promoting her newly opened retreat and weekend get-a-way facility located in Bailey, Colorado. Convention admission is $7. You do not need to purchase your tickets in advance to attend any of our conventions, but you can if you prefer. By purchasing tickets in advance, you will be eligible for additional door prizes and early admission. New Two-Day Show Format!! The Expo hall and show will be opened to the public on Friday from 6pm-10pm & Saturday from 10am-5pm. Admission is $7 and includes parking at any National Western parking lot. Your ticket will also give you a chance to win our random drawings held throughout the day for a trip to the Treasure Box.

Demonstrations and Make-N-Take Tables - Many of the Exhibitors will have hands-on Make-n-Take projects at the booth. Sit down and try new techniques and products before you buy!!

**NEW Lecture & Demonstration Area - We have added a schedule of demonstrations and lectures to be held hourly in our demo area. Each hour there will be a unique interactive demonstration and lecture. An opportunity to ask questions, learn something new or unique from a professional. 4p: Weekend Get-a-Way Retreats. Margaret Gammon, owner of Traditions Mountain Lodge will introduce you to the trend in weekend get-a-way retreat homes. Be pampered like a queen as you work on your scrapbook, stamp or quilting projects. Marge will introduce you to the ins and outs of what to look for, costs, immenities and answer all your questions about finding a weekend get-a-way retreat that meets your needs.

Artist Trading Cards - Artist Trading cards (ATC's)are the size of a business card (approx. 2"x3-1/2") and no larger than a baseball card (approx. 2-1/2"x 3-1/2"),

The front of the card is embellished, stamped, personalized, embellished, & decorated just as you would a pin. On the back side you list your name, address and e-mail location.

Bring your ATC to the convention ticket entrance to be displayed on the hall of fame trading card board and be eligible for prizes.

***SCRAPBOOK CHALLENGE***.... Using the format of an ATC let's see who is creative enough to create a scrapbook page the size of an ATC!!! Anyone who submits a scrapbook page the size of an ATC (approximately 2.5"x3.5") will receive a prize and additional prizes will be awarded at 4p for creativity.

Your Admission Ticket Could be A Winner! -Check our Lucky Duck Pond prize table regularly to see if your admission ticket stub has been drawn and attached to the "winner board"! New tickets are drawn all day approximately every half hour.


Raffle - A $1.00 ticket purchase buys a chance to win one of the two "Basket-'O-Grande" filled with an assortment of scrapbook and papercraft stuff, stickers, punches, accessories, paper, and more. Each Basket is valued at over $350.00. One basket will be raffled at approximately Noon and the other after 4:30p on Saturday. Participants must be present to win. Proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer programs.

Silent Auction. - Near the front entrance is a table with a variety of donated products. Everyone interested is invited to bid on products that appeal to them on the accompanying form. At 2pm on Saturday the winning bids will be announced and the auction winners notified. Winners do not need to be present to win; however will be responsible for picking up the products. Proceeds from the auction are forwarded to Susan G. Komen to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness.


Artisan Walk-of-Fame - Ever wonder what happened to the cards and pages that were submitted for contests?  Well, now you will see.  We have collected more then 10 years of cards and pages from all over the U.S. and displayed them for your appreciation.  Photos and sketches may be taken for your stamping and scrapbooking pleasure.

CROP PINK FOR BREAST CANCER Stamp & Scrap Corral - Come Crop the Day away for just $15 a day!! (bonus buy $20 includes 2-day show admission) Ever want an area at the show to sit down and just relax making cards, scrapbooking, or working on art projects with your friends during the show?  Well, we have created an area just for you!  For just $15/day you can spread out and crop or stamp all day long  from 9a-9p. A Bonus Buy purchase ($20) allows you to shop til you drop, then work in the Crop Corral and Stamp Camp at your leisure.  You can come and go into the convention retail area, buy those must have items, and from time to time there may be a demonstration or a special doorprize just for you a little out of the way of all the chaos.  We will have paper cutters, die-cut machines, quick cuts, scizzix, rubber stamps, art supplies, crimpers and more for your use! Prizes hourly and pizza and beverages served at 7pm! This crop is sponsored by Wendy from Stamp & Scrap Station and Nanci B with Creative Memories! As October is Breast Cancer Awareness month a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer programs.

Interactive Get-a-Way Weekend - This event aims to give scrap bookers, papercrafters and stampers an oportunity to hobnob with pros and experience hands-on products and techniques that may not be available to them locally. Wild Horse Artistry and Stamping to See You are comitted to teaching, demonstrating and educating stampers, scrapbookers, papercrafters, and artisans in the new, hot and exciting products, techniques and trends that keep this industry at the top of the list of crafts. We hope that you will like the uniqueness of this event and find this interaction rewarding.

What should I Bring?
It is recommended that students bring a basic supply kit which includes the following items: scissors, pencil, x-acto knife, ruler, coloring medium such as watercolor pens(marvy, tombo or like), bone folder, glue stick, 2-face tape or dispenser (your choice), small cutting matte, personal paper cutter.  If additional supplies are required for a class a notation will be made on the class description.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY CLASSES & WORKSHOPS 

Friday 7p-9p: Home Sweet Home Acrylic Album. Welcome Janet Blair from Clear Scraps to Denver as she shows you how fun and easy it is to create an altered art acrylic album using the acrylic albums from Clear Scrap. Basic supplies required including adhesive, personal paper cutter, brown Staz On ink, craft knife, scissors, Crop-a-Dile or Big Bite and personal photos. Fee $25.

Friday 7p-9p: Cricut & Cuttlebug Techniques Workshop. Welcome Brook Fuller with Scrap Happy Shop to Denver! Let Brooke show you how to use the Cricut and Cuttlebug in this dynamic workshop and learn all about these exciting machines. First, learn how to use the Cricut, the differenced between the two machines, and all the products available for the Cricut. You will be able to make and decorate a fabulous gift bag using the Cricut. Then, we will go over the Cuttlebug machine, which adapts to every die available on the market! You will then make an embossed card, using the Cuttlebug to match your new bag! All items you will need will be provided, including paper, adhesive, stickers, Cricut and Cuttlebug machines. A great workshop for beginner on up to the advanced crafter! Basic supplies required. If you own a Cricut or Cuttlebug and would like to bring it. Fee $25.

Friday 7p-9p: Holiday Gift Paint Can. Meet Cyndi Little with Close to My Heart as she shows you how to create a Christmas gift for a friend, family member, or keep for yourself! Students will turn a simple paint can into a great Christmas project. Basic supplies required including a Crop-a-Dile or Big Bite if you have one. Fee $25.

Friday 7p-9p: Games People Play. Let Bonnie with Stamping to See You show you how fun and easy it is to create an altered art card using a game board as the foundation of the project. Students will incorporate stickers, rubons, class-a-peels, styling stones, brads, eyelets, buttons, leaves, paper flowers and more to create a one-of-kind card of "grand proportion"! Basic supplies required. Fee $25.

Saturday 10a-11a: Marshall Photo Tinting. Join Bonnie with Stamping to See You to experiment with how fun and easy it is to color black and white photos with the original pigmented oil paints by Marshall. Students will receive several photos and a paint pallette to color. Basic supplies required. Fee $8.

Saturday 11a-Noon: Walnut Hallow Air Dry Clay. Join Bonnie with Stamping to See You to learn how fun and easy it is to use the air dry clay product by Walnut Hallow. In addition to using the pasta machine to roll out the clay we will use Pearl Ex, Gold Leaf, Luminarte Radiant Rain daubers and mysters and Tattered Angel Glimmer Myst to color the call and make a variety of embellishments and jewelry pieces. Each student will receive a carton of air dry clay as part of the class. Basic supplies required. Fee $8.

Saturday Noon-1p: Mini Card Kit Class. Join Jo Golden and the artistic Stampin' Up group in creating a mini card kit. During this mini class students will create a fun box or bag and five (5) mini cards with matching envelops. Themes available will include Halloween and Christmas. Voted best class for 2008! Basic supplies required. Fee $8.

Saturday Noon - 1p: WildCards by Wordsworth. Fall is the perfect time of year to create fun and funky cards to bundle as gifts or just make up. Bright papers, cool shapes and great embellishments make this workshop a must-do! Students will each receive a Wild Card template as part of the class. Basic supplies required. Fee $8.

Saturday 1p-3p: Memory Keeper Storage Box. If you haven't seen the creativity and artistry of Cyndi Little with Close to My Heart, you don't know what you are missing! Students in this workshop will make a holiday memory keeper storage box. This is a wonderful place to store holiday cards. In addition to a storage box, students will make two (2) Christmas cards as part of the class. Basic supplies required. Fee $25.

Saturday 1p-2p: Make an Impression Punch In Flowers. Let Bonnie with Stamping to See You show you the secret technique to making 3-D floral arrangements that don't smash in the mail . Make an Impression has a full line of punches that compliment their unique designs....wait til you see!!! Students will receive a tool kit as part of the class fee. Basic supplies required. Fee $8.

Saturday 2p-3p: Ceramic Tiles. Join Bonnie with Stamping to See You in learning how fun and easy it is to create custom ceramic tiles. We will use a basic tile, Luminarte Radiant Rain, Tattered Angel Glimmer Myst, rub-ons and Easy Cast by Envirotech to create professional grade decorative tiles.

Saturday 3p-5p: Christmas Mini 6x7 Acrylic Album. Let Cyndi with CTMH how fun and easy it is to make a CTMH mini album just in time for the holidays. The acrylic album is a wonderful gift or decoration for your home or office. Students will leave the class with a completed project. Basic supplies and personal photos required. Fee $25.

Saturday 3p-4p: Altered Art Clipboard Calendars. Join Bonnie with Stamping to See You to create a fun and funky altered art clipboard calendar! Great for a gift, for the home or office - this is fast, fun and creative! Each student will take a clipboard and calendar as part of their class! Basic supplies required. Fee $8.

Saturday 4p-5p: Frame your Art. Join Bonnie with Stamping to See You to create a customized Scrapbook framed page for home decor or as a gift. We will use a 12x12 page, embellish with various stickers, rub-ons, class-a-peels and Jolee's treats to make a custom page for anyone! Each student will leave with a framed piece of art. Basic supplies and personal photos required.Fee $8.

The National Western Complex is located at 4655 Humboldt Street, Denver, Colorado 80216. Telephone: 303/297-1166. Just North of I-70, just East of I-25 and can be seen from the Interstate. I-70 is currently under construction near the Complex.

From the North (Fort Collins, Boulder, Brighton, Fort Morgan)
I-25 south to I-70, East on I-70 to Exit 275B(Brighton Blvd / Coliseum Exit). Turn left or North on Brighton Blvd. Make the first left on the service road to the National Western Complex or go one block north to 47th Avenue (7-11 on corner) and turn left (west). Either way you will end up directly in front of the Comlex

From the West (Grand Junction, Vail, Golden).
I-70 East to Exit 275B (Brighton Blvd. / Coliseum Exit), Follow directions above.

From the South (Downtown, Colorado Springs).
I-25 north to I-70, East on I-70 to Exit 275B (Brighton Blvd. / Coliseum Exit). Follow directions above

From the East (Denver International Airport, Kansas).
I-70 West to Exit 275-B (Brighton Boulevard/Coliseum Exit), continue straight off of exit ramp or turn right from off ramp and make an immediate left on 47th Avenue (there is a 7-11 on the corner). Either way you will end up directly in front of the National Western Complex. The Complex is the large brown building on the west side of Humboldt Street with the brass animals on the building. The loading entrances are at Gate 1 on the north side of the building.

Checks, Cash or Charge...

Due to the increased number of bad and invalid checks being presented at these events, many of the exhibitors no longer accept personal checks at the show. Also be advised that there are some venders who do not have credit card accounts set up for acceptance of plastic. Exhibitors have the right to regulate the types of payments they will accept at their specific booth. Also note that Wild Horse Artistry and Stamping to See You have a stringent bag check policy and have the right to randomly check any bags coming in to or leaving the facility. If you see shoplifting taking place while you are shopping, please make the exhibitor or the front desk aware of any suspicious behavior, so security can take the appropriate action.


Show Cancellation & Refunds...

It is the policy of Wild Horse Artistry and Stamping to See You to offer no refunds for products purchased at booths, refunds for door admission, or for class registration fees. This includes events and classes that are cancelled due to unforeseen events such as weather, natural disasters or other acts of God, or act of terrorism, unless the event is cancelled. No refunds will be issued based on perceived quality of the class or event. Exhibitors may have return and refund policies specific to their booth.

Children and Strollers...

Children under the age of ten (10) are admitted in to the show free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate in any make-n-take tables. To participate in any workshops or crop parties, children must be ten (10) years and older and must have a ticket. For the safety of your chid and for the comfort of attendees, strollers or pull bags are NOT recommended in the expo hall.
